Who we are

BrickAlternative is an online store operated by Beijing Miwu Xiaozhan Trading Shop. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using this site

By browsing the catalogue or placing an order you accept these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

What we sell

We sell compatible building sets for adult collectors. Our sets are not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with the LEGO Group. Brand and set names are the trade marks of their owners and are used only to describe what a set is compatible with.

Prices and currencies

The shop has two warehouses. Sets shipped from the United States are priced in USD; sets shipped from Europe are priced in EUR. The cart always shows the currency, the item prices and the delivery line before you confirm, and that is the total you pay for the goods.

Prices can change without notice, and a listing may be withdrawn. If a price is shown that is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Placing an order

Submitting the checkout sends us the items, your contact details and one delivery address per parcel. It does not on its own create a binding sale: we confirm the order by email and may decline it if an item is unavailable, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the order looks fraudulent. Every order gets a reference starting with BA-.

Delivery

Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit is 7–15 business days for the United States and Canada, and 5–10 business days inside Europe. An order that contains pieces from both warehouses arrives as two parcels, each charged in its own currency.

Returns and refunds

Returns are covered by our refund policy: 30 days from delivery, in the original packaging, with faulty items always covered.

Fair use

Please do not scrape the catalogue, place orders you do not intend to pay for, or attempt to disrupt the site or its order service. We may refuse or cancel orders that do.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, and not for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. If an item is faulty, your remedy is repair, replacement or refund.

Content and trade marks

The photography, page design and copy on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Product names and logos belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are heard by the courts of Beijing, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
